How do I book a property?

Simply browse our properties page, find a home you love, and submit an enquiry through our contact form. We'll check availability and send you a booking confirmation along with payment details. Alternatively, call or email us directly.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer a flexible cancellation policy. Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in receive a full refund minus a small admin fee. Cancellations 14–30 days before check-in receive a 50% refund. We recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind.

Are pets allowed?

Many of our properties are pet-friendly. Each listing will clearly state whether pets are welcome and any conditions that apply (e.g., maximum number of pets, size restrictions). An additional pet cleaning fee may apply.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Some properties offer flexible timings — just ask us when you book and we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

What is included in the rental?

All properties come with bed linen, towels, kitchen essentials, Wi-Fi, and heating/hot water. Many also include welcome hampers, garden furniture, and barbecues in season. Specific inclusions are listed on each property page.

Do you offer long-term stays?

Yes, we offer discounted rates for stays of 2 weeks or more. Monthly lets are available on selected properties. Contact us to discuss your requirements and we'll provide a tailored quote.

How do I know the property is as described?

Every property in our collection is personally visited by our team before listing. Our photos are genuine and current, and our descriptions are honest and thorough. We stake our reputation on accuracy.

I own a holiday property — can I list it with you?

We're always looking for exceptional properties to add to our collection. Contact us with details of your property and we'll arrange a visit. We handle marketing, bookings, guest communication, and can offer full property management.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Most properties have a minimum stay of 2 nights for weekend bookings and 3 nights during peak season. Some larger properties may require a minimum of 7 nights during school holidays.

What happens if something goes wrong during my stay?

Our team is available 24/7 for emergencies. For any issues — whether it's a broken appliance or a question about the property — simply call or message us and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
